How paying by bank works at checkout.
At checkout you pick your bank, sign in to its online banking and approve the payment. The money leaves your account directly, with no card involved.
Each store supports its own list of banks. When an offer is limited to certain banks, its terms name them.
Refunds follow the store's return policy and go back to the bank account you paid from, which can take a few business days.
The card issuer or payment app sets these offers together with the store, and either one can change or end an offer at any time. Check the full terms with both before you pay.
